Before you submit your application, please make sure you can commit to the following dates:
- 26 February 2025: Applications open
- 23 April 2025: Application deadline at midnight AEST
Applications will be assessed on a rolling basis.
- Mid-May 2025: Scholarship recipients will be notified
- Late May 2025: Interviews at the US Consulate in Sydney
- 22 June 2025: Arrive in Los Angeles
- 23 June 2025: UCLA lectures begin
- 23 June 2025: Last day to add a unit on MyUCLA without incurring a late fee
- 01 August 2025: Session concludes
- 02 August 2025: Depart Los Angeles
- 03 August 2025: Arrive in Australia for the start of semester 2 at the University of Sydney
Please note: Students are required to attend the full summer sessions at UCLA from 23 June to 01 August 2025. Due to the intensive nature of study, students are required to attend all timetabled classes.
