David Weisbrot, Professor of Legal Policy at the US Studies Centre and former President of the Australian Law Reform Commission, and Mark Chapple, National Managing Partner at Baker & McKenzie, hosted a US Business Leadership luncheon with special guest Mark Tushnet, William Nelson Cromwell Professor of Law at the Harvard Law School. Tushnet discussed “Current issues and controversies in the US” with business leaders who attended the luncheon.
