Esther Soulard

Esther Soulard is a Research Associate with the Foreign Policy and Defence Program at the United States Studies Centre.

Prior to joining the Centre, Esther worked as a consultant at IOD PARC as well as a Program Support Officer at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.

She holds a Master in International Security from the Paris School of International Affairs (Sciences Po Paris) as well as a Bachelor’s Degree from Sciences Po Paris, focusing on North American affairs and transatlantic relations.
