USSC Non-Resident Fellow Victoria Cooper talked to 10 News First about President Joe Biden's performance at the NATO press conference and his refusal to step down in the face of growing criticism and slumping polls.
"He says that he doesn't believe the polling that says he's polling behind Donald Trump," said Cooper.
She noted how Republicans are benefiting from the disarray in the Democratic Party: "Republicans are hoping that Biden will stay on the ticket, because it makes it more likely that Trump will win."
