Open to all University of Sydney students, this two-day innovation program was a unique opportunity to meet and learn from leading innovators at tech startups in Sydney.

SCHEDULE

Thursday, 14 September
2.30-4.30 pm

Afternoon tea followed by a pre-tour lecture presented by USSC Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program Director Claire McFarland.

Friday, 15 September
9.45am-5.00pm

Visit Tank Stream Labs, Australia’s leading breeding ground for technology entrepreneurs, thought leaders and early adopters.

Visit Stone & Chalk, an independent, not-for-profit Fintech hub that fosters and accelerates the development of world-leading Fintech start-ups.

Visit to the US Consulate in Sydney. Consul General Valerie Fowler and other consular officials spoke about why the United States is the world leader in innovation. Students had the opportunity to network with Consulate staff during afternoon tea.
