Biography

Sahara is a Research Associate within the Economic Security Program at the United States Studies Centre.

Prior to joining the United States Studies Centre, Sahara worked as a consultant at Guidehouse where she advised US government and public sector clients with strategic communications related to national security and energy. She has experience interning within the public policy practices of Squire Patton Boggs and Holland & Knight in Washington DC, where she analysed US legislation across a variety of fields including trade, clean energy, new and emerging technology, and defence. In addition, Sahara worked as an intern within the US House of Representatives, where she supported legislative affairs and constituent engagement.

Sahara holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs, with a concentration in International Economics, from the George Washington University in Washington, DC.
