Biography
Jonathan Fritz commenced as Chief of Staff to Jose Fernandez, the Under Secretary for Economic Growth, Energy and the Environment, US Department of State in 2021. Previously, he served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs responsible for China, Mongolia and Taiwan. Before that, he was the Director for Bilateral and Regional Affairs in the State Department’s Office of International Communications and Information Policy.
