USSC Non-Resident Senior Fellow Bruce Wolpe talks to ABC Radio's Melbourne Breakfast about President Joe Biden's performance in the presidential debate.
"No one has seen anything like it before and it was more than just a bad debate night," said Wolpe. "Every commentator is saying get out."
"The fact is however that no elected Democratic official has come out publicly to say that Biden has to leave the race ... That is highly significant," he added.
"It's an unprecedented situation, how do you decide on who the replacement candidate is ... they don't know. It's still in flux."
