USSC Non-Resident Senior Fellow Bruce Wolpe spoke to ABC's Afternoon Briefing on the global response to Trump's tariffs, including that of the most heavily affected countries, Mexico and Canada.
"I am not surprised at the speed. I am surprised at the scope," Wolpe said.
"I think Trump is looking for even more from Mexico than Canada. Of fentanyl coming in to the United States from those two countries; Canada 1 per cent, Mexico 99 per cent. On immigrants at the border entering the country illegally or otherwise; again Canada 2 per cent, Mexico 98 per cent."
