Director of Economic Security Hayley Channer was interviewed for ABC Radio National's PM program to discuss the Exercise Talisman Sabre hosted by Australia. Hayley says "in the past Talisman Sabre has been preciously guarded as a bilateral Australia-US exercise where Australia wanted the world to know that it had a close partner in the US and we were doing things just the two of us. But now there is a recognition that Australia needs more than just the United States, we need lots of partners across the Indo Pacific region."
