USSC Associate Professor Dr David Smith talks to ABC Radio's The World Today about how the Biden campaign has responded to Hunter Biden's conviction on federal gun charges.
"Democrats are actually using this conviction of the president's son to say that they respect the criminal justice system, the heavy implication being that Trump does not," says Dr Smith.
He said he did not believe the verdict would significantly impact the election, with issues like cost-of-living and abortion weighing more heavily on voters.
