USSC Director of Research Jared Mondschein spoke to ABC The World Today ahead of the US vice presidential debate.

Mondschein said "I don't think it will likely move the needle all that much. I think it still could provide some insights on maybe beyond 2024, looking at 2028, and what happens in the next election."
