USSC Non-Resident Senior Fellow Bruce Wolpe talked to ABC TV's 7:30 program about President Joe Biden's decision to step down and the Democratic Party's chances now with Kamala Harris as the frontrunner nominee.
"She has not polled well, she had a rocky start to her vice presidency," said Wolpe of Harris. "She was given the mandate of the border to deal with immigration issues, did not execute that very well. She had staff that came in and out. She was not very effective with the media.
"My sense is, over the past year she has really grown and has come into her own."
