USSC Director of Research Jared Mondschein spoke to Sky News about former president Donald Trump's rhetoric in the debate, and whether it will affect the election.
"In the US right now, you not only have a polarised voting population but you also have in many ways a calcified voting population," said Mondschein. "There's not a lot of what the pollsters .... call 'elasticity' in this election.
"It doesn't really matter too much what happens, you're not going to see wild swings."
