USSC Senior Lecturer in American Studies Dr Kathryn Schumaker spoke to SBS World News about Kamala Harris' speech at the Democratic National Convention and her path forward.

"The big challenge for the Harris campaign is that they need to get voters to turn out. They need especially, to harness the enthusiasm among young people, trying to turn that in to actual votes," said Dr Schumaker.
