USSC Director of Research Jared Mondschein talked to ABC News at Noon [at 35.05] about the different convention styles of the DNC and RNC and the exuberant mood that the Harris campaign is trying to capitalise on.
"Harris and the Democrats have the momentum. And what they are trying to do is to provide a very clear juxtaposition of the Democrats' joy, lightheartedness and fun, against the more serious, and perhaps too serious campaign of the Republicans," said Mondschein.
