Full workforce participation by women is an issue of increasing global focus, but remains on the margins of major international meetings and deliberations. The International Dialogue on Women in Leadership alongside the G20 Leaders Summit is an unparalleled opportunity to provide a high level international platform to explore the ways in which full participation by women will improve economic efficiency and productivity, leading to improved and over the long term, sustained global economic growth.
