Jared Mondschein, United States Studies Centre Director of Research, spoke to ABC News on claims that Elon Musk is influencing key decisions of the incoming Trump administration.
"I don't know anyone in the Republican Party right now – or in the conservative movement right now – who has the same level of organic support that Donald Trump has.
"If you look at approval ratings and who can actually turn-out major crowds and has a fervid online fan base, I think Elon Musk is the one other person besides Donald Trump who has that now."
