USSC Associate Professor Dr David Smith talked to The Chaser Report podcast about Donald Trump's attacks on Kamala Harris' ethnicity.

"We can only call this a return of classic Trump," said Dr Smith, about Trump's comments questioning Harris' Black identity at the national convention for the National Association of Black Journalists.

"Trump was trying to make inroads into the Black community, especially with young Black men. That's going to get a lot harder after this."
