USSC Non-Resident Fellow Victoria Cooper talked to Channel 9 News about President Joe Biden's decision to step down and his endorsement of Kamala Harris as the presidential nominee.

"Democrats and all American voters had eventually lost confidence in Joe Biden and a large amount of that confidence was to do with his age," said Cooper.
