Scholarships

The US Studies postgraduate program offers a wide range of merit-based coursework scholarships to local and international students. The following scholarships, which honour the contributions significant Americans have made historically, are available:

The Rosa Parks Scholarship - $5,000 - $10,000
The Susan B Anthony Scholarship - $2,500 - $5,000
The Rachel Carson Scholarship - $1,000 - $2,000
The Eleanor Roosevelt Scholarship - $1,000 - $2,000

It is anticipated that the maximum scholarship will be 50% of tuition fees.

The Master of Letters in US Studies is available only to students who have completed a Master of US Studies with an average of 75%.

A limited number of postgraduate HECS places are available.

In undertaking some units of study in the course, students might also have to pay additional study costs (incidental fees) for goods and services such as course readings, equipment required for the course, field trips, etc.
