Professor Tor Hundloe

Emeritus Professor of Environmental Management at the University of Queensland


Tor Hundloe is Emeritus Professor of Environmental Management at the University of Queensland, Foundation Professor of Environmental Management and Science at Bond University and Senior Research Fellow at Griffith University. Author of "From Buddha to Bono: Seeking Sustainability" and "The Planet of the Thinking Animal: Surviving the 21st Century", Hundloe is a General Member of the Order of Australia and was awarded a Centenary Medal for Education in 2003. In 2010 He was recognised by the United Nations Association of Australia with the Individual Award for an Outstanding Contribution to the Environment in 2010.

Tor was a panellist at the US Studies Centre's City of the Future conference.
