Rob Skinner
Managing Director of Melbourne Water
Rob Skinner was appointed Managing Director of Melbourne Water in February 2005 and is a Board member of the Water Services Association of Australia. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Kingston City Council for ten years, during which time he was also Chairperson of Southern Rural Water and Chair of the Victorian Stormwater Advisory Committee. Skinner has also served as CEO of Dandenong Valley and Western Port Authority, CEO of Coode Island Review Panels, and Manager of Parliament and Government in the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
Rob was a panellist at the US Studies Centre's City of the Future conference.
