Biography
Dr Elizabeth Economy is a Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. From 2021–2023, she served as a Senior Advisor on China to US Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo. Elizabeth was previously at the Council on Foreign Relations, where she served as the C.V. Starr Senior Fellow and Director for Asia Studies for over a decade. She is the author of numerous books, including most recently The World According to China.
