Alexey Mitko

Alexey was born in Russia, but spent most of his teenage years in Switzerland and the United States. Alex earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from The George Washington University (Washington DC) with Cum Laude distinction in 2009. Upon graduation from GWU, Alex worked at a start-up IT company, which specialised in providing infrastructure for university cross-border student projects.
In January 2010, Alex was offered a unique opportunity to participate in the CEMS Master of Management program at the University of Sydney. As part of the CEMS program, Alex spent a semester at the University of Sydney in Australia, London School of Economics in the United Kingdom, and Saint Petersburg State University in Russia. During this time he also took part in consulting projects with companies such as Future Directions Network and L'Oreal. Throughout the program, and in addition to regular courses, Alex participated in skill seminars held by company’s such as Deloitte, PWC, and McKinsey.
Currently Alexey is undertaking his second Master's degree in Accounting. Alexey is set to graduate in December 2012 and start a fulltime audit career shortly after.
