That, along with a push to renew ties with Asian allies, has raised questions about whether the U.S. is trying to "contain" China. Experts to give briefing on Obama visit

The United States Studies Centre will provide a briefing to media representatives on the forthcoming visit to Australia by US President Barack Obama and other aspects of US-Australian relations. Geoffrey Garrett chief executive of the US Studies Centre at the University of Sydney, a distinguished political scientist and one of Australia’s leading commentators on the US will lead the briefing. New rules won't prevent next crisis, says top regulator
